Reviews and Ratings
I had a disappointing stay at Griffin Gate Marriott, where the charm of Kentucky seemed to have faded over the years. While the staff was pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, the absence of traditional elements made the experience feel less special. There were also several issues with the facilities that contributed to my discontent. On a positive note, the location was great, and the bed was indeed comfortable, but overall, it didn't meet my expectations as a long-time Marriott guest.
My stay at the resort was quite mixed. The customer service was outstanding, particularly with staff like Nathan who went above and beyond. However, I found the food quality at the hotel events lacked consistency and was disappointing. On the upside, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, especially the pools, but I felt the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its flaws.
I recently stayed at this hotel hoping for a relaxing experience, but I was met with a mix of pros and cons. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the common areas was commendable, and the amenities were varied and well-suited for families. However, the service left much to be desired, with staff being hard to find and a noticeable lack of assistance throughout my stay. Overall, while there were redeeming qualities, I left feeling that the stay could have been more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff provided exceptional hospitality and the location was convenient to nearby attractions, the quality of the facilities, including the rooms and dining experience, left much to be desired. For the price, I expected more modern amenities and better dining options. I wouldn't return without significant improvements.
I had a fantastic stay at Griffin Gate Resort! The staff went above and beyond, making our family wedding event truly special. The rooms were beautifully clean and well-appointed, and the food served during the reception was outstanding. However, the dining options could be a bit more varied for breakfast, and the resort fee felt a tad unnecessary. Overall, it was a memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Lexington.
